Our Solutions Architects are experts in bridging the gap between the customer and our product and engineering teams, ensuring that real-world customer requirements are clearly understood, helping to drive the evolution of our product.\nSuccess in this role means building strong relationships with customers, guiding them through their AI adoption journey, and ensuring they feel confident and empowered to use Harmonic’s solution to its fullest potential.\nWhat You'll Do\nResponsible and accountable for all pre-sale technical activities\n\nCollaborate closely with customers to create and execute tailored POCs that highlight how Harmonic simplifies data protection for the GenAI era\n\nWork as part of the EMEA/DACH sales team to close new business opportunities and support existing customers through the lifetime of their contracts\n\nWork closely with product and marketing to turn deep technical insights into compelling content and messaging\n\nStay on top of the competitive landscape to help shape our story and spotlight what makes Harmonic stand out\n\nWhat You Bring\nA proven track record in a solutions architect, solutions engineering, or pre-sales engineering role in the enterprise security space\n\nHands-on, day-to-day experience with AI productivity tools - both browser-based (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) and application-integrated (Claude, Claude Cowork, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) - and a practical understanding of how these tools handle sensitive data in enterprise environments\n\nDemonstrated ability to thrive in fast-moving environments. Highly organized, able to manage competing priorities and a high volume of concurrent engagements, context-switch quickly, and make sound judgment calls about where to focus without waiting for direction\n\nHands-on experience deploying and managing software in enterprise environments, including working with MDM solutions such as Intune, JAMF, and Kandji\n\nComfort operating in ambiguity. Confident using new tools and environments, and troubleshooting live issues under pressure\n\nScripting experience (Python, shell, PowerShell, or similar)\n\nA proactive, hands-on mindset. You take ownership, solve problems independently, step up for new challenges, and support the people around you\n\nBonus Points if You Have\nExperience in customer-facing post-sales roles such as technical customer engineering or technical account management\n\nFamiliarity with value-driven solution selling.
