Instructor-led training will include hands-on labs and practical exercises tailored to customer’s network topologies and configurations.\nYou will configure and maintain training lab environments, collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy, support training project planning and customer training proposals, and deliver both remote and onsite training, including occasional international travel.\nLocation\nRemote - this position is 100% remote and based in the East Coast region of the USA.\nWhat you will be doing\nDeliver in-depth technical instructor-led training to Harmonic customers, partners, and internal teams, both remotely and onsite.\nCreate, maintain, and improve technical training content, including LMS courses, trainer-led videos, webinars, and other digital learning materials.\nCollaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Product Management, R&D, Sales, Services, and Customer Support to develop technically accurate and effective training content.\nSupport training project planning, customer training proposals, and training content lifecycle management.\nProctor certification exams and support the development and maintenance of technical training lab environments.\nAssist customers and partners with training platform onboarding, scheduling, and other training-related inquiries.\nWhat you should have\nStrong hands-on experience with DOCSIS/CMTS and IP networking, including configuration and troubleshooting.\nExperience working with Linux/Ubuntu environments, including software installation and command-line operations; familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized environments.\nAbility to clearly explain and present technical topics to customers and technical audiences. Candidates will be asked to deliver a short technical presentation during the interview process.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn new technologies.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.\nFluent English.\nNice to have\nExperience with PON technologies.\nExperience creating digital learning content, including LMS courses, trainer-led videos, webinars, and e-learning materials.\nPay & Benefits\nFor this role, the estimated base salary range is between $85,000 - $105,000.
