Learn more at www.harmonicinc.com.\nRole Description\nWe are looking for a Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our Warehouse team.\nYou will report to the Material Logistics Manager.\nLocation\nOn-site role - working 5 days a week (Sunday to Thursday) from our offices in Caesarea.\nWhat you will be doing:\nPerforming hands-on warehouse work as part of the W/H team, including receiving, inspecting, delivery, picking, packing, order fulfillment and shipping.\n\nManaging inventory: cycle counts, physical counts, and stock accuracy.\n\nArranging and maintaining the storage area in an orderly, safe and clean condition.\n\nUpdating and managing W/H records and transactions in the ERP system, and generating reports as needed.\n\nFollowing and maintaining W/H working procedures and taking part in improvements and initiatives.\n\nWorking with the Operations and R&D teams to provide timely logistics support.\n\nHandling materials and equipment according to safety guidelines.\n\nWhat you should have:\n1-5 years of experience as a warehouse employee in a Hi-Tech or Industrial companies. Knowledge of the standard warehouse terminology and work processes.\n\nHighly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy, and able to perform well under pressure.\n\nWillingness to do physical work, arrive early (07:00) or work overtime when required.\n\nAbility to communicate in English, mainly via email correspondence.\n\nExcellent interpersonal skills and a high level of service orientation.\n\nMS Office and XLS skills.
