This role is highly collaborative and customer-facing, requiring deep healthcare data expertise and the ability to rapidly build iterative proofs of concept (POCs), gather feedback, and evolve solutions into robust platforms. This position works closely with clinical, operational, and analytics stakeholders to design and deliver data pipelines, APIs, and dashboards that drive insight and action across the organization.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nCollaborate with other departments to understand user requirements, translate them into technical designs, validate solutions through rapid POCs and build data assets that support to analytics, business intelligence, and decision-making processes\nDevelop deep understanding of user needs and refines/articulates new solution features to address those needs\nSimplify and streamline solution delivery by breaking down complex features, identifying the riskiest assumptions, and flagging potential dependencies\nBuild and iterate on data pipelines, preferably using cloud technologies like Azure ADF, Databricks (batch and streaming where applicable)\nDesign and develop RESTful APIs to expose curated healthcare datasets and analytics products\nCreate Power BI/Tableau dashboards and semantic models that deliver actionable insights to end users\nWork hands-on with healthcare datasets, including claims, clinical, and operational data\nIngest, transform, and normalize healthcare data standards such as HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT, NDC, and related vocabularies\nCollaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and analysts to productionize solutions\nEnsure solutions meet data quality, performance, scalability, and security requirements\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and analysts\nSupport stakeholder demos, feedback sessions, and solution walkthroughs throughout the development lifecycle\nEmployees will be required to perform other job-related assignments as requested\nIn this role you may work with. . .\nIT teams\nClinical teams\nOperational teams\nVendors\nConsultants\nQualifications\nREQUIRED Knowledge, Skills and Experience\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience\n5+ years of experience working with healthcare data in a data engineering, analytics engineering, or solutions engineering role\nPrior experience with claims and clinical datasets (payer and/or provider environments)\nPrior experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred;
