Based out of our Dudley office, you will own the GP and revenue targets for the West Midlands pod, lead a team of estimators, surveyors and pre-construction managers, and be Harmony’s most senior pre-construction presence in the region - visible to clients, credible in negotiations and the face of our capability across the West Midlands market.\nThis is a build-out role at the heart of how Harmony wins, plans and sets up every project for delivery.
