We hold a Two Star Outstanding Company to Work For accreditation from Best Companies and we are growing fast - and we’re looking for A-players to help us get there. Our mission is simple: every resident should be able to sleep safely at night, knowing their home is 100% compliant and protected. That is what drives everything we do. We now have an opportunity for Pre-Construction Managers (multiple positions) to join our growing West Midlands pod, owning passive fire protection projects end-to-end from initial scope development through to handover into delivery. Based out of our Dudley office, you will work closely with our Pre-Construction Director and wider pod as we build out the West Midlands operation. This is more than a delivery role. It is about bringing the right energy, accountability and resilience to our mission of saving lives through fire and height safety.\nOwn each allocated project from scope development through to PCI pack completion and handover into delivery.\nDevelop scopes of work for passive fire protection projects that are accurate, compliant, commercially optimised and fit for the delivery team to execute without ambiguity.\nPrepare pricing, scope build-ups and commercial positions for all allocated projects, approving within delegated authority and escalating above threshold to the Pre-Construction Director with a clear recommendation.\nAct as the day-to-day client contact on all allocated projects, running Pre-Construction Calls with a structured agenda and capturing all decisions and scope agreements in writing.\nLine manage pod-aligned estimators, setting clear objectives and holding them accountable to quality and timeline. • Coordinate surveyors, workflow and admin support across your projects within the pod model.\nMaintain forecast accuracy and report weekly on live projects in line with Harmony’s forecasting requirements.\nEnsure all project records and commercial activity are kept current and accurate in Salesforce.\nContribute positively to the wider West Midlands pod and pre-construction function, sharing knowledge and supporting continuous improvement.","description_format":"text","description_chars":2352,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Facilities Management","Engineering Services","Construction"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-10T18:57:46Z"}],"visa":[{"country":"GB","licensed_sponsor":true,"evidence":"Licensed UK visa sponsor (Skilled Worker)","filings_12m":null,"filings_prev_12m":null,"green_card_filings_12m":null,"median_offered_wage_usd":null,"route":"Skilled Worker","cap_exempt":false,"checked_at":"2026-10-14T06:20:30+00:00","sources":["UK Home Office: register of licensed sponsors (workers)"],"filings_for_role_12m":0}],"liveness":{"score":12,"band":"cold","label":"Long shot","p_open":1,"p_active":0.347,"p_room":0.35,"age_days":34,"expected_fill_days":13,"reasons":["conf:3","win:tail"],"computed_at":"2026-10-14T06:34:16Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/harmonyfire-pre-construction-manager-active","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/harmonyfire-pre-construction-manager-active.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-14T17:35:55Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":22484,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-15T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":672953},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=672953"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fharmonyfire-pre-construction-manager-active"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fharmonyfire-pre-construction-manager-active"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fharmonyfire-pre-construction-manager-active"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/harmonyfire-pre-construction-manager-active\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fharmonyfire-pre-construction-manager-active"}]}
