We are now looking for a Senior Supervisor to lead our Building Fabric site teams across our West Midlands pod. Based out of our Dudley office, you will take ownership of how supervisors and site teams deliver passive fire protection and building fabric works across a range of residential, social housing and commercial sites - making sure every job runs to programme, quality and safety standards without compromise.
This is a step up from running a site yourself. You will be the supervisor of supervisors - coaching, auditing and holding the line on standards across multiple live projects in the Dudley pod, with the Project Manager and Project Director relying on you to be their eyes, ears and intervention point on the ground.
