The Program Manager will support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and will be responsible for overall project communications with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and Government staff. The role will oversee project implementation, resource activities, milestones, deliverables, issue tracking, schedules, upgrades, migrations, and project reporting.\nPosition is available in the National Capital Region (NCR); requires U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.\nRequired\n10+ years of program management experience on contracts of similar scope and complexity\nExperience planning and managing multiple tasks, projects, or contracts\nDemonstrated technical management and supervisory experience\nExperience coordinating large-scale planning efforts for enterprise software and hardware solutions\nExperience managing project plans, deliverables, milestones, schedules, dependencies, risks, and issues\nExperience gathering requirements and providing technical and analytical guidance to project teams\nExperience managing status meetings, action items, project reports, and deliverables\nAbility to communicate effectively with Government staff, technical teams, and project stakeholders\nExperience providing recommendations and directing the analysis and resolution of technical issues\nDesired\nExperience implementing large-scale OpenText products\nExperience supporting Federal Government or Department of Defense (DoD) programs\nExperience with enterprise software and hardware implementations\nExperience with software upgrades and migrations\nExperience with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) or Business Process Management (BPM) solutions\nCertification\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification\nInformation Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification\nEducation\nBachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field\nEquivalent years of relevant work experience may be considered where applicable\nAbout HarmonyTech\nWe have been delivering information technology services and solutions across the federal government and commercial clients for over a decade.
