EnterpriseOne engagements, including AMS, implementations, upgrades, rollouts, cloud migrations, and transformation programs.\n\n- Manage delivery against agreed scope, timelines, SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and contractual commitments.\n\n- Establish delivery governance frameworks and drive operational excellence across JDE engagements.\n\n- Manage onsite, offshore, nearshore, and multi-location/global JDE teams.\n\n- Act as the primary delivery interface for client stakeholders, business leaders, and IT leadership.\n\n- Conduct Steering Committee meetings, QBRs, service reviews, and project governance meetings.\n\n- Build strong client relationships and proactively manage escalations, risks, issues, and dependencies.\n\n- Govern JDE AMS / Managed Services operations and ensure adherence to SLA/KPI commitments.\n\n- Drive ITIL-aligned Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Service Request Management processes.\n\n- Drive incident reduction, root-cause analysis, automation, service optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\n- Lead JDE implementation, upgrade, migration, modernization, and rollout projects.\n\n- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and quality.\n\n- Develop project plans, status reports, dashboards, delivery roadmaps, and executive-level governance reports.\n\n- Own financial management for assigned engagements, including revenue, margins, utilization, forecasting, budgeting, and cost optimization.\n\n- Ensure accurate estimation, resource planning, financial forecasting, and contractual compliance.\n\n- Build, manage, mentor, and develop high-performing JDE delivery teams.\n\n- Support performance management, succession planning, capability development, hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning.\n\n- Support RFP/RFI responses, solution workshops, client presentations, due diligence, and presales activities.\n\n- Identify and support upsell/cross-sell opportunities and contribute to account growth and practice development.\n\n- Drive adoption of automation, GenAI, analytics, Low-Code/No-Code, and integration platforms to improve delivery efficiency and service quality.\n\n- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operational cost, improve productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction.\n\nKnowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:\n\n- 8 - 15 years of overall IT experience with significant experience in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne delivery/project/program management.\n\n- Strong experience in JDE EnterpriseOne, preferably JDE 9.2.\n\n- Must have experience managing JDE delivery engagements/programs, preferably including AMS/Managed Services.\n\n- Strong experience managing global/multi-location JDE teams.\n\n- Strong client-facing experience with the ability to interact with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and executive-level clients.\n\n- Strong knowledge of JDE business processes including Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Distribution, Order Management, Warehouse Management, and Transportation.\n\n- Good understanding of JDE EnterpriseOne architecture and technical ecosystem is preferred.\n\n- Exposure to CNC Administration, Enterprise Server Management, Orchestrator, AIS Server, EDI, BSSV, UDO, Security Administration, and JDE Development Tools is preferred.\n\n- Exposure to OCI, AWS, or Azure cloud platforms and JDE cloud migration is preferred.\n\n- Strong knowledge of ITIL, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, Project/Program Governance, Risk Management, Resource Planning, and Change/Release Management.\n\n- Experience managing SLA/KPI-based AMS engagements and service delivery governance.\n\n- Experience with financial management, budgeting, forecasting, utilization, margins, and P&L/delivery ownership.\n\n- Experience supporting RFP/RFI, presales, account growth, and client solution discussions is preferred.\n\n- Should have strong experience in stakeholder management, escalation management, executive communication, and decision-making.\n\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.\n\n- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\n- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.\n\n- MBA or equivalent management qualification is an added advantage.\n\n- Hands-on JDE development/CNC expertise is not mandatory; however, the candidate must be technically conversant enough to effectively lead and govern JDE
