or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nRequired Skills\nProven experience in configuration, customization, development, and administration on the ServiceNow platform\n\nProven experience in implementing new functionality using Variable sets, Forms design, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Access Control Lists, Workflow Activities, Flows, Script Includes, Transform Map etc.\n\nProven experience in working within both waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.\n\nPractical experience of setting up ServiceNow API’s and MID servers\n\nPractical experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, etc.) and relational databases\n\nPractical experience in end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow integration with other third-party systems (Oracle, TFS, JIRA, Workday etc.) using: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS\n\nStrong understanding of ITIL concepts and policies for managing information technology infrastructure, development, and operations (ITIL Foundations certification preferred)\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with personnel at all levels of the enterprise in a cooperative and effective manner\n\nExcellent conflict management and negotiation skills\n\nAbility to train and support others on functional area-related topics.\n\nPreferred Skills\nProven organizational skills\n\nHigh energy, ambitious self-starter with an aptitude for learning and customer focus\n\nAbility to work independently, work in a fast-paced environment, and manage workload prioritization to deliver high quality work products on time with minimal direction\n\nWorking knowledge
