You are comfortable working independently, taking ownership of issues, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to achieve successful outcomes.\nWe also value individuals who are open to new technologies and can appropriately use AI and other modern tools to improve efficiency, research, documentation, analysis, and client service.\nWhat your impact will be:\nImplement new customers from start to finish, including requirements gathering, business-process analysis, system configuration, programming formulas, testing, training, documentation, and transition to ongoing support.\nProvide high-quality application support by investigating client issues, identifying root causes, developing solutions or workarounds, and ensuring timely resolution.\nBuild strong client relationships by understanding their business needs, providing functional guidance, communicating application changes, and supporting new and existing users.\nManage and prioritize support cases and assigned work, ensuring issues are properly documented, progressed, and resolved, with appropriate escalation when required.\nParticipate in project planning and delivery, including project documentation, status updates, implementation activities, testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live activities.\nDevelop and maintain training materials, procedures, and user documentation, and deliver client and end-user training as required.\nCollaborate with internal Product, Development, Technical Support, and other teams to investigate and resolve complex application and implementation issues and identify opportunities for improvement.\nSupport business development activities, including proposals, Statements of Work, demonstrations, presentations, and other client-facing activities.\nStay current with application functionality industry practices, technology, and applicable HR, payroll, regulatory, and legislative changes\nUse modern technology and AI-enabled tools where appropriate to improve productivity, problem-solving, research, and client outcomes.\nPerform other duties as required or assigned;\nWhat we are looking for:\n3-5 years in Human Resources, HR systems, HRIS implementation/support, or a related role. \nStrong understanding of Human Resources processes, business requirements, and reporting needs, with the ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into practical system solutions.\nExperience supporting or implementing software applications, preferably in an HR or business systems environment.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and take ownership through resolution.\nExperience using SQL or similar data querying concepts.\nStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\nExcellent verbal, written and presentation skills.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.\nAbility to work independently while also contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.\nDemonstrated ability and willingness to learn new technologies, applications, and business processes.\nWhat will make you stand out:\nExperience within the Canadian healthcare industry, particularly with Human Resources systems and workflows.\nExperience with healthcare HR and/or Payroll systems and interfaces.\nKnowledge of payroll processes and HR/Payroll integrations. \nExperience with software implementation, configuration, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).\nExperience delivering client or end-user training and developing training or user documentation.\nExperience with software demonstrations, proposals, Statements of Work, or other business development activities.\nUnderstanding of software concepts, databases, interfaces, integrations, and technology.\nExperience using AI tools or other emerging technologies to improve productivity, analysis, documentation, research, or problem-solving.\nPost-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.\nWhat we offer:\nA dynamic and collaborative team environment\nComprehensive benefits package\nLifestyle benefits\n3 weeks of paid vacation starting the first year\n5 days of personal leave per year\nRRSP program with employer participation\nFlexible, fully remote work within Canada\nAnd more!\nSalary range for this position : CAD 70,000-80,000.\nFounded in 1974, MediSolution, a wholly owned subsidiary of N.
