Office Administrator

TouchBistro is looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to keep our workplace running smoothly! You’ll play a key role in managing daily office operations, supporting various departments, and ensuring a well-organized, efficient work environment. To be successful in this role, you should be a problem-solver, highly detail-oriented, and great at multitasking. If you love keeping things organized and enjoy being the go-to person in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

Note: This is an in-office position, 5 days a week.

Your Day-to-Day

• Office Operations - Keep the office running by managing supplies, equipment, and workspace organization.

• Administrative Support - Assist with office communications and mail organization.

• Security - Assist with Access Security cards for New Hires, Terminations and Leaves

• Reception & Guest Management - Welcome visitors, answer calls, and direct inquiries as needed.

• Event Coordination - Organize office celebrations and catering for large events.

• Travel & Expense Management - Book travel arrangements and process expense reports.

• Special Projects - Take on additional responsibilities like organizing company-wide initiatives or supporting cross-functional teams.

All About You

• 2+ years of office administration experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Tech-savvy - Comfortable using Slack and/or Teams, Google Suite (Sheets, Calendar, Slides), and expense management tools like Tipalti.

• Highly organized - You love keeping things in order and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

• Great communicator - Strong verbal and written skills to interact with employees, vendors, and guests.

• Problem-solver - Able to anticipate office needs and find solutions proactively.

• Team player - A go-to person who enjoys supporting colleagues and fostering a positive work environment.
