This role provides technical leadership for network initiatives across on-premises, cloud, data center, and hybrid environments while ensuring reliability, security, scalability, and performance.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, implement, and support scalable and highly available LAN, WAN, data center, cloud, and hybrid network environments.\nProvide advanced technical expertise in BGP, OSPF, MPLS, SD-WAN, VXLAN/EVPN, VPN, QoS, firewalls, and load balancers.\nImplement and support Azure/cloud networking and hybrid connectivity solutions.\nLead complex network troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis.\nParticipate in network architecture, technology evaluation, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.\nDevelop and maintain network standards, configuration templates, diagrams, and technical documentation.\nImplement network security, segmentation, resiliency, and performance improvements.\nAnalyze network performance, capacity, and traffic patterns and recommend optimization opportunities.\nCollaborate with Cloud, Security, Infrastructure, Application, and Operations teams on complex technical solutions.\nWork with network vendors, carriers, and technology partners to resolve technical issues and deliver network solutions.\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to network engineers.\nSupport large-scale network projects from design through implementation and operational handoff.\nRequired Qualifications\n8+ years of experience in enterprise networking and network security.\nStrong experience with LAN/WAN, cloud networking, data center, SD-WAN, and hybrid environments.\nAdvanced knowledge of routing, switching, network security, and network troubleshooting.\nHands-on experience with Azure or other major cloud platforms.\nExperience with enterprise routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and network monitoring tools.\nStrong experience troubleshooting complex network and connectivity issues.\nExperience leading network projects and providing technical leadership.\nStrong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Certifications\nCCNP / CCIE or equivalent\nMicrosoft Azure networking certifications\nAWS or Google Cloud networking certifications\nOther relevant networking or security certifications\nOur company complies with all local/state regulations in regard to displaying salary ranges.
