Preference will be given to candidates who can work in EST or CST timezone.\nSalary:\n90K - 140K\nWhat your impact will be:\nLeadership & Operations\nManage and develop frontline managers, team leads, and staff across revenue cycle functions\nOversee day-to-day operations to ensure performance standards, productivity targets, and service levels are met\nPromote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement\nOperational Execution\nEnsure accurate and timely execution of revenue cycle processes, including billing, cash posting, collections, AR follow-up, and denial management\nMonitor workflow distribution and adjust resources to meet client needs\nEscalate operational risks or issues to senior leadership as appropriate\nProcess Improvement\nIdentify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance operational performance\nAssist in implementing standard workflows, policies, and best practices\nSupport automation and optimization initiatives, including use of technology and AI-driven solutions\nClient Support & Engagement\nMaintain strong working relationships with client contacts and operational leaders\nParticipate in routine client meetings and provide updates on performance and initiatives\nAddress client concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues\nPerformance & Reporting\nTrack and analyze KPIs, productivity metrics, and financial outcomes\nPrepare presentations or reports and dashboards to communicate performance to leadership and clients\nIdentify trends and recommend corrective actions\nCompliance & Quality Assurance\nEnsure adherence to CMS guidelines, payer rules, and billing/coding regulations\nSupport quality assurance programs and audits to maintain high standards\nAssist in implementing corrective actions when compliance gaps are identified\nFinancial Management\nSupport budget adherence by managing staffing, productivity, and operational expenses\nAssist in forecasting and monitoring revenue cycle performance against targets\nTechnology & Systems\nSupport optimization of revenue cycle systems and workflows\nCollaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve system issues and enhance functionality\nPromote effective use of reporting and operational tools\nTraining & Development\nSupport onboarding and training for new staff\nAssist in ongoing education initiatives for team members\nMentor managers and staff to enhance performance and career development\nSales & Support\nProvide operational expertise in support of sales discussions and client presentations as needed\nAssist in gathering data and insights for proposals and service improvements\nWhat we are looking for:\nEducation: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.\nMinimum of 7 years in healthcare revenue cycle services in a hospital environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role and knowledge of multiple EHR's such as MEDHOST, Oracle/Cerner, Meditech or EPIC revenue cycle software products and their use.\nProven client relationship skills.\nExperience with multi-facility entities to rural health/community hospitals.\nAbility to travel to hospital locations or events as assigned up to 25%.\nUnderstanding of hospital operations and clinical/financial processes.\nExcellent written, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.\nStrong judgement, detail-oriented, organized, can multi-task, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and work independently.\nAbility to work within a team environment, demonstrating supportive relationships with peers, clients, partners, and Hospital Executives while leading projects within the assigned focus area.\nMust be flexible with a \"can-do\" attitude and can remain professional under high-pressure situations.\nAbility to retain and protect confidential material.\nStrong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot, (etc).\nWhat we can offer:\n3 weeks’ vacation and 5 personal days\nComprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits starting from your first day of employment\nEmployee stock ownership and RRSP/401k matching programs\nLifestyle rewards\nRemote work and more!\nAbout MEDTEAM / MEDHOST:\nMEDHOST, founded in 1984 and headquartered in Franklin, Tennessee, is a leading provider of healthcare information technology solutions.
