This role focuses on maintaining system health, improving sales processes, and ensuring accurate configuration of products, pricing, and quoting capabilities.\nThe analyst collaborates with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to support pricing strategies, improve system usability, and ensure data integrity-while also helping modernize and document legacy configurations.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Salesforce Administration & Optimization\nSupport day-to-day Salesforce administration, including:Objects, fields, reports, dashboards, and permissions (Lightning Experience)\n\nReview Salesforce seasonal releases and help lead targeted modernization efforts (e.g., Workflow-to-Flow migrations)\nAssist in driving adoption of Salesforce Lightning Experience and new platform capabilities\n2. Salesforce Org Health & Governance\nSupport Salesforce org health initiatives, including:Cleanup of unused fields, objects, reports, and dashboards\nPeriodic reviews of access controls and user permissions\nMonitoring data storage, backups, and sandbox environments\n\nHelp ensure system performance, scalability, and data integrity\n3. Salesforce CPQ Administration\nProvide administrative support for Salesforce CPQ, including:Product catalog and configurations\nPrice books and pricing structures\nBundles and configuration rules\nPricing rules and automation\nQuote templates and document generation\n\nCollaborate with Sales and Product Managers to ensure accurate pricing and packaging\n4. Pricing & CPQ Enhancements\nAssist with:Pricing updates and maintenance\nCPQ enhancements and feature improvements\nTesting and validation of pricing changes\n\nTroubleshoot CPQ-related issues and support resolution efforts\n5. System Enhancements & Migrations\nSupport Salesforce system changes and future platform migrations, including:Planning and coordination\nTesting and validation\nData integrity checks\nDocumentation of updates and changes\n\n6. Documentation & Knowledge Management\nHelp preserve and document institutional knowledge related to Salesforce and CPQ configurations, including:Legacy setups and workflows\nComplex product and pricing structures\n\nMaintain system documentation for processes, configurations, and best practices\n7. User Support & Training\nProvide guidance, training, and best-practice recommendations to Salesforce and CPQ users\nSupport end-users with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and process improvement\nCore Duties\nMaintain and enhance Salesforce and CPQ configurations\nExecute system updates, testing, and release activities\nMonitor and improve system data quality and performance\nSupport product, pricing, and quoting processes\nDocument system architecture, workflows, and pricing logic\nCollaborate cross-functionally to align Salesforce capabilities with business needs\nAssist in continuous improvement initiatives across the Salesforce ecosystem\nRequired Qualifications\n2+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including:Lightning configuration (objects, fields, reports, dashboards, permissions)\n\nWorking knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, including:Products, price books, bundles, pricing rules, and quote templates\n\nExperience supporting Salesforce enhancements, releases, and migrations (e.g., Workflow-to-Flow transitions, feature adoption)\nUnderstanding of Salesforce org health best practices:Data cleanup\nSecurity and access reviews\nSandbox and environment management\n\nStrong analytical, testing, and troubleshooting skills with a focus on:Data integrity\nSystem reliability and performance\n\nStrong communication and documentation skills with the ability to collaborate across teams\nPreferred Qualifications\nSalesforce Administrator Certification\nExperience with:Salesforce CPQ advanced features\nFlow and automation tools\n\nBackground supporting:SaaS or subscription-based businesses\nComplex pricing models and product structures\n\nKey Competencies\nDetail-oriented with strong data accuracy focus\nAnalytical and problem-solving mindset\nAbility to balance tactical support with strategic improvements\nStrong collaboration across Sales, Product, and Operations\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a part-time capacity\nSuccess Factors\nAccurate and efficient CPQ configuration and pricing support\nImproved Salesforce system performance and usability\nSuccessful rollout of enhancements and migrations\nWell-documented system processes and institutional knowledge\nPositive user experience and adoption across stakeholders\nSalary range: $30,000 -
