The role will define network standards, drive modernization, and provide technical leadership aligned with business objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and architect scalable, secure, and highly available LAN, WAN, data center, cloud, and hybrid network solutions.\nDefine network architecture standards, best practices, technology roadmaps, and reference architectures.\nLead network transformation, modernization, migration, and optimization initiatives.\nProvide expert knowledge of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, SD-WAN, VXLAN/EVPN, VPN, QoS, firewalls, and load balancers.\nDesign and support Azure/cloud networking and hybrid connectivity solutions.\nLead complex network troubleshooting and provide senior-level technical guidance.\nEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions based on security, scalability, performance, and cost.\nCollaborate with Security, Cloud, Infrastructure, Application, and business teams.\nManage relationships with network vendors, carriers, and technology partners.\nDevelop architecture diagrams, technical standards, design documents, and implementation guidelines.\nMentor network engineering teams and provide technical leadership.\nRequired Qualifications\n12-15+ years of experience in enterprise networking and network security.\nStrong experience in LAN/WAN, cloud networking, data center, SD-WAN, and hybrid environments.\nAdvanced knowledge of routing, switching, network security, and enterprise network architecture.\nHands-on experience with Azure or other major cloud platforms.\nExperience leading large-scale network projects and strategic technology initiatives.\nStrong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.\nPreferred Certifications\nCCIE / CCNP or equivalent\nMicrosoft Azure networking certifications\nAWS or Google Cloud networking certifications\nOther relevant networking or security certifications\nOur company complies with all local/state regulations in regard to displaying salary ranges.
