Serve as the definitive point of contact and escalation path for clients during complex delivery phases.\nProcess Architecture: Build, track, and maintain scalable project workflows that provide clear visibility for both internal teams and clients.\nCompliance Adherence: Ensure all project activities and technical handoffs strictly operate within healthcare compliance and security standards undefined.\nWhat We Are Looking For:\nExperience: 7 to 10+ years of dedicated project management experience. This is a strict requirement, as this role directly supports the frontline teams handling our healthcare managed services .\nMandatory Technical Background: Previous hands-on experience in IT operations, systems administration, cloud infrastructure, or engineering. You must be able to understand technical project components natively and hold your own in engineering discussions.\nAtlassian Expertise: Mandatory experience utilizing the Atlassian software platform (Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management) for project tracking, workflow configuration, and documentation.\nPortfolio Management: Proven track record of managing large project portfolios and successfully delivering enterprise projects in a highly regulated environment.\nPMP Certification - Good to have.\nSoft Skills/ Behavioural Skills:\n1.
