If you're looking for a place where you can make a difference and grow with the business, we’d love to hear from you.\nTHE ROLE\nBased in Geelong, this role will support our electrical and multidisciplinary engineering teams by delivering high-quality drafting and BIM modelling across a variety of sectors including health, education, commercial, civic, urban and recreational. Your typical day may include:\nPreparing drawings, plans and models of electrical building services and installations\nAssisting Electrical Engineers and Designers/Technologists in the design and layout of electrical building services and installations\nCoordinating electrical drawings and models with other disciplines and architectural models\nInspecting site electrical installations and providing input and feedback to designs and finished products for compliance with specifications and regulations\nSupporting project delivery through design updates, mark-ups and document coordination\nContributing to national drafting and BIM standards, templates and workflows under the guidance of senior technical leads\nWorking within multidisciplinary project teams to ensure coordinated, clash-free outcomes\nSupporting continuous improvement and innovation in drafting and modelling practices\nThis role plays an important part in the technical quality and efficiency of project delivery across our national business.\nOUR IDEAL CANDIDATE\nYou are a capable and detail-oriented Electrical BIM Drafter who brings:\nExperience in electrical, building services or multidisciplinary drafting\nProficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (MEP experience highly regarded)\nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality documentation\nAbility to interpret engineering sketches, mark-ups and design instructions\nGood understanding of coordination across building and infrastructure services\nAbility to work both independently and within a collaborative national team\nStrong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach\nA willingness to learn, grow and contribute to continual improvement\nIt would also be highly advantageous if you have:\nExperience in the Victorian or national building services market\nExposure to BIM management, workflows or quality assurance\nKnowledge of electrical building services\nExperience using Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar platforms\nCertificate or tertiary qualification in drafting, design or building services\nWHY OUR TEAM LOVES WORKING HERE\nStrong team spirit and genuinely supportive culture\nFamily-friendly approach and flexible work options\nProfit-sharing scheme\nPaid company-wide days off (HK Holidays)\nInterstate \"office exchange\" opportunities\nPaid volunteer leave\nREADY FOR THE NEXT STEP?\nClick Apply Now to submit your resume and cover letter.
