We are especially interested in connecting with established Project Managers with experience managing complex infrastructure projects in government, utilities or similarly regulated environments.\nAs a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality client-side project outcomes while building trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Your core responsibilities would include:\nManaging project scope, program, budget, risk and reporting\nCoordinating consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary technical teams\nLeading stakeholder engagement and maintaining strong client relationships\nSupporting procurement, contract administration and project governance\nManaging delivery within complex or operational environments\nIdentifying issues early and driving practical, high-quality outcomes\nThis role plays an important role in the delivery of critical infrastructure across the Northern Territory and the continued development of HK Solutions’ project management capability.\nOUR IDEAL CANDIDATE\nYou are a confident and practical Project Manager who can bring structure and momentum to complex projects. You communicate clearly, build trusted relationships and are comfortable working with technical, operational and senior stakeholders. You could be well suited for this opportunity if you have:\nA strong track record delivering infrastructure, utilities, engineering or construction projects\nExperience in a client-side, government, asset-owner or consultancy environment\nStrong stakeholder, commercial and project risk judgement\nAn ability to make considered and well-informed decisions in complex or changing circumstances\nThe ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities\nA proactive, solutions-focused approach and commitment to quality delivery\nExperience that will set you apart includes:\nExperience delivering essential infrastructure projects \nExposure to government departments, statutory authorities, utilities or publicly owned corporations\nKnowledge of Northern Territory project delivery, procurement or stakeholder environments\nQualifications in project management, engineering, construction or a related discipline\nWe recognise that capable Project Managers come from a range of professional backgrounds.
