The following duties and responsibilities are typical for this role. Incumbents may not perform all the listed duties daily and/or may be required to perform additional or different duties from those set forth below to address business needs and changing business practices

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support customers by listening to their concerns. You will do this by gathering information, diagnosing the problem, and analyzing their needs. Taking into account their urgency and the complexity of the concern, in order to resolve the request. Noting the importance of escalating the concern to the team with the appropriate expertise as required to support the customer in the fastest way possible.
• Conduct the necessary research to answer customer questions by collaborating with others within the organization as needed
• Effectively responding to all customer requests in a timely fashion, exhibiting professional responses in all communications ensuring all requests are closed to the customers satisfaction
• Ensure every customer interaction is submitted to the ticketing system with all relevant details so other team members can support as needed.
• As customer needs can be complex, working as a team is critical. Therefor it is expected you will share your knowledge on intricate situations you encounter to support the team and their knowledge growth should something similar occur in the future.
• Although primarily Monday - Friday, occasional evening and weekend work may be required to support the business needs. Additionally, throughout the year there is a rotating on call schedule for all customer support agents
• Travel in the future may be required to deliver on-site training and/or attend tradeshows to maintain relationships with existing and new customers.

What You Need

• Ideally at least two years of experience in customer service with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft Office 365
• A strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve established objectives and meet deadlines
• Superior listening, verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of the automotive parts industry
• Knowledge of accounting principles
• Fluency in both English and French, spoken and written
