Lead a team dedicated to providing quality, person-centered support while overseeing daily operations and maintaining a safe, welcoming home environment. You'll help individuals build independence and participate in meaningful activities at home and in the community. This full-time position typically follows a Monday-Friday daytime schedule, with some flexibility in start and end times. Occasional direct care coverage may be needed to support program needs.\nSchedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week; typically Monday-Friday\nLocation: Faribault, MN.\nStarting Wage: $22.00 per hour\nWage: Eligible for $22.50 per hour after 90 days and $23.00 per hour after one year\nPerks: Paid Training - Competitive Benefits - Overtime Pay - Flexible Scheduling\nQualifications\nMinimum 6 months of supervisory experience or equivalent education/experience.\nDemonstrated ability to serve as a positive role model for staff and individuals served.\nMust be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.\nValid U.S. driver’s license with an insurable driving record (unless otherwise noted).\nSelf-motivated with strong interpersonal skills; able to problem-solve and respond effectively in emergencies.\nAbility to facilitate conflict resolution and apply basic behavioral concepts.\nPositive attitude and strong advocacy skills.\nMust pass a Minnesota Department of Human Services Background Study.\nWhat You'll Do:\nProvide person-centered support to individuals, promote independence in home and community activities, and maintain professional boundaries.\nAssist with daily living and medical needs, including medication administration and appointments, and provide direct care as needed.\nSupervise and support staff through scheduling, orientation, team meetings, and performance management while promoting teamwork and maintaining safe staffing ratios.\nAssist with developing and implementing person-centered plans that support individual needs, goals, and preferences.\nOversee daily program operations, including budgeting, individual finances, documentation, and the maintenance of the home, equipment, and vehicles.\nMaintain a clean, safe environment, follow health, safety, and HIPAA guidelines, and communicate important program updates.\nParticipate in the on-call rotation, respond to program needs during unstructured shift time, and perform other duties as assigned.\nIf you have any questions about the opportunities for Program Supervisor and joining our team please feel free to reach out via email:  or phone: (507)387-8281\nHarry Meyering Center, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
