improvement projects and operational excellence initiatives through process optimization, equipment enhancement, and performance analysis.\nThe role provides technical expertise in identifying gaps, implementing solutions, and supporting technology deployment to improve productivity, quality, efficiency, and cost performance.\nThe position collaborates with cross-functional teams to execute improvement initiatives and achieve operational targets.\nResponsibilities\nLead process optimization and equipment improvement projects.\nAnalyze operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.\nConduct trials, studies, and validation activities.\nSupport deployment of new technologies and engineering solutions.\nLead Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.\nMonitor project execution and performance results.\nTrack OEE, productivity, and efficiency improvements.\nPrepare improvement reports and recommendations.\nCoordinate with stakeholders to implement solutions.\nMentor Engineers and Technicians on improvement methodologies.\nQualification & Experience\nBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering, or equivalent.\nMinimum 3 years of plant maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.\nKnowledge of Industry 4.0 (IoT/Automation), manufacturing technologies, and GMP.\nUnderstanding of mechanical and electrical plant systems (motors, pumps, piping, utilities).\nExperience in maintenance planning and execution.\nAbility to read technical drawings, P&IDs, and electrical schematics\nFamiliarity with
