This role will serve as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, designing scalable analytics solutions, developing enterprise reporting, and creating data models that empower users across manufacturing, operations, sales, and finance.\nThe ideal candidate combines advanced Power BI development expertise, strong DAX skills, and exceptional data storytelling capabilities to deliver meaningful business intelligence solutions.\nRequirements\nMicrosoft Fabric Development\nDesign, develop, and maintain analytics solutions utilizing the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem.\nBuild and manage scalable data models, semantic models, and reporting assets that support enterprise-wide analytics initiatives.\nCollaborate with IT and stakeholders to optimize data architecture and reporting performance.\nPower BI Development\nDesign, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards.\nCreate intuitive and visually compelling user experiences that promote adoption and self-service analytics.\nDevelop and optimize complex DAX measures, calculated tables, and business logic to support sophisticated analytical requirements.\nData Visualization & Storytelling\nTransform complex datasets into meaningful visual narratives and dashboards.\nApply industry best practices in data visualization, dashboard design, and user experience.\nDevelop analytical content that enables stakeholders to quickly understand business performance and key drivers.\nData Quality & Governance\nSupport data quality initiatives by identifying and resolving reporting inconsistencies.\n· Create, validate, and maintain master data records in ERP and related systems.\n· Develop and maintain data standards, naming conventions, and documentation.\nContribute to best practices for reporting, metrics, and analytics governance.\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience\nMinimum 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Visualization, or related roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.\nExperience developing enterprise reporting solutions.\nExperience developing and maintaining master data records.\nMicrosoft Fabric & Power BI Expertise\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and the Power BI platform.\nExperience building semantic models, datasets, dashboards, and enterprise reporting solutions.\nStrong understanding of data connectivity, refresh strategies, and report optimization.\nTechnical Skills\nAdvanced proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).\nAdvanced proficiency in Power Query (M).\nAdvanced proficiency in SQL and relational databases.\nStrong understanding of dimensional modeling and analytics best practices.\nData Visualization\nDemonstrated expertise in dashboard design, KPI development, and executive reporting.\nStrong understanding of data storytelling principles and visualization best practices.\nCommunication & Collaboration\nAbility to translate business requirements into technical analytics solutions.\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work directly with end users to develop reporting solutions.\nAbility to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nDO YOU HAVE A CAN-DO ATTITUDE, THAT THRIVES IN A FAST-PACE ENVIRONMENT, AND ENJOY WORKING AS PART OF A COLLABORATIVE TEAM?
