We foster an inclusive workplace culture where diversity is celebrated and every voice matters.\nA day in the life:\nThe GMP Cleaner is responsible for performing specialized cleaning and sanitation within controlled environments, including cleanrooms, laboratories, and production areas. This role ensures strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and all safety and regulatory requirements.\nWhat you’ll do as an Exceptional Team Member\nPerform routine and deep cleaning of GMP-controlled areas such as cleanrooms, laboratories, and production spaces.\nFollow all GMP, SOP, and safety protocols during all cleaning activities.\nUse approved cleaning agents and disinfectants according to established guidelines.\nMaintain accurate cleaning logs and documentation.\nHandle and dispose of waste in accordance with regulatory requirements.\nMaintain cleaning equipment and report any malfunctions.\nAdhere to gowning procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.\nIdentify and report any contamination risks, deviations, or safety concerns immediately.\nSupport internal and external audits by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and documentation.\nWork collaboratively with production and quality teams to ensure compliance.\nWhat you’ll need to be an Extraordinary Team Member\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nPrior experience in GMP, pharmaceutical, biotech, or cleanroom environments preferred.\nKnowledge of GMP standards and cleaning validation processes is a plus.\nStrong attention to detail.\nAbility to follow detailed procedures.\nAbility to work both independently and as part of a team.\nReliable, organized, and able to manage time effectively.\nPhysical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.\nAbility to perform repetitive cleaning tasks.\nAbility to wear PPE for extended durations.\nWork environment includes controlled settings such as cleanrooms, laboratories, and production areas.\nExposure to cleaning chemicals while using appropriate protective equipment.\nMust adhere to all safety, compliance, and contamination control standards.\nMust be bilingual Englih & Spanish\nThe Harvard Promise\nJoin our team of Extraordinary People committed to delivering Exceptional Service.
