Through dynamic and collaborative partnerships, CADM provides high-quality and efficient services to the schools to help them achieve their goals.\n Job Summary:\nReporting to the Director of Management and Leadership Development, in the Center for Workplace Development (CWD), with dotted line reporting relationships to the Sr. Director, Executive and Organizational Effectiveness and the Director, Employee Learning and Development, this position provides coordination for a variety of projects, programs, and initiatives across the Center for Workplace Development on campus and virtually. The programs and initiatives supported by this position are designed for a variety of audiences and provide an opportunity to work with Harvard employees at all levels across the university.\nJob-Specific Responsibilities:\nProvides customer service support for a suite of programs and coaching services; manages inboxes; responds to inquiries in a timely manner directly, or through close collaboration with CWD colleagues and partners in schools/units.\nPrepares presentation materials and handouts; creates new, updates existing, and distributes for classes, programs, projects and initiatives; develops accessible documents in accordance with Harvard’s policy.\nModerates and provides technical assistance to virtual and hybrid offerings; prepares and distributes materials for on campus programs, meetings, and classes.\nReceives, reviews, and processes cohort program applications; reconciles eligibility and enrollment concerns and questions. \nCoordinates annual cohort program planning process; schedules dates, creates enrollment materials and collateral for program managers, human resources, nominees, and nominators; coordinates catering, and reserves rooms.\nUpdates adjunct instructor contracts, assists with release time, communications.\nCoordinates 360° and other assessments for CWD programs; tracks participant progress, sends group and individual reminders, coordinates reports, reconciles access issues.\nDistributes pre and post program evaluations and synthesizes data.\nSupports key CWD projects and initiatives; schedules meetings and provides administrative support. \nSupports focus groups with notetaking and administration. \nServes as back up for CWD Registration Coordinator and HR Operations and Analytics Staff Assistant.\nServes as point person for the CWD SharePoint site.\nOther duties and projects as assigned. \nWork Format Details\nThis is a hybrid position that is based in Massachusetts. Please note that this role involves time on-site, including time on-site with little notice. Commutable distance to Cambridge will be key to the successful performance of this role. All remote work must be performed within one of the Harvard Registered Payroll States, which currently includes Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Virginia, Washington, and California (CA for exempt positions only). Individuals must meet work location sponsorship requirements prior to employment.\n Basic Qualifications:\nMinimum of 5 years related work experience required.\nRelated work experience includes administrative support, program support, event coordination, or customer service.\nProficiency in Microsoft products: Outlook Mail & Calendar, Excel, Word and PowerPoint required. \nAdditional Qualifications and Skills:\nBachelor’s degree strongly preferred, or an equivalent of education plus relevant business experience.\nStrong interest in a career in the field of learning and development preferred.\nExperience with Qualtrics or other survey creation tools.\nExperience with Adobe.\nEffective communication skills, both written and oral, comfortable communicating with employees at all levels.\nDemonstrated customer service orientation and experience.\nProven problem-solving skills; critical thinking, creativity, judgement, and decision-making.\nDemonstrated ability to work in a deadline driven environment managing concurrent priorities for multiple stakeholders.\nDemonstrated attention to detail and reliability on project and task follow-through.\nProven ability to work independently and as part of a team.\nSelf-starter with an eye towards project and program efficiency and improvement.\nCapacity to develop and maintain strong professional relationships across the organization and to work collaboratively with colleagues.\nInterest in the field of learning and development preferred.\n Standard Hours/Schedule: 40 hours per week\nPosition may have at times onsite requirements with short notice.
