The scope of the role will continue to evolve alongside the business, creating opportunities to shape how Harvest Group tells its story and engages key audiences.\nThe position may be filled at the Content Manager or Senior Content Manager level based on the selected candidate’s experience and qualifications.\nThis role is based in Rogers, AR. If you are applying but do not currently reside in this area, please note that Harvest Group does not cover relocation.\nResponsibilities \nLead Harvest Group's executive content strategy, owning the planning, development, publishing, and measurement of content across LinkedIn and other strategic communications channels. \nPartner with marketing, business leaders, and key stakeholders to identify timely content opportunities that align with company priorities and strategic narratives. \nBuild scalable processes and workflows that enable Harvest Group's content strategy to expand across additional leaders and business initiatives over time. \nOversee project management and prioritization for Harvest Group's in-house video studio, ensuring efficient planning and execution of video initiatives. \nStay current on emerging content, social media, and digital marketing trends, applying new ideas and best practices to strengthen Harvest Group's marketing efforts. \nOther duties as assigned. \nRequirements \n3-5+ years of experience in content marketing, content writing, corporate communications, or a related field. \nExceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills. \nStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously. \nExperience using performance metrics to evaluate success and inform future strategy. \nFamiliarity with LinkedIn content strategy and social media best practices. \nExperience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail, or commerce industry\nOur heart at Harvest is to provide and maintain a work environment that fosters diversity, inclusivity, authenticity, mutual respect, professionalism, and growth.
