This role drives operational excellence while creating an exceptional experience for guests and a positive culture for employees.\nResponsibilities\nProvide leadership across all operational areas to deliver exceptional guest experiences, service excellence, and strong business results. \nLead and develop teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and hospitality. \nOversee daily operations, including food and beverage, retail, guest services, and recreation. \nDrive financial performance through budgeting, revenue growth, cost controls, and resource management. \nBuild strong relationships with guests, vendors, and community partners while maintaining high customer satisfaction. \nEnsure compliance, operational efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. \nSupport strategic planning and execute programs that contribute to long-term organizational success.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.\n5+ years of hospitality, food and beverage, or retail related management experience. \nProven success managing multiple departments and leading diverse teams in a customer-focused environment. \nStrong financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L accountability, and cost control. \nAbility to drive guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational performance. \nExperience developing, coaching, and retaining high-performing teams. \nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. \nProficient technology skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office products and POS systems. \nFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak operating periods as needed.\nOMNI is honored to be retained in this search.
