KidsTLC is GROWING and looking for energetic and professional candidates to become Facilitators. Facilitators are mental health technicians/RBTs who work directly with clients and implement clinical programming under the supervision of a certified mental health professional and BCBA.

Responsibilities

Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate the effective daily care and activities of clients on the assigned Unit, including transportation, as directed.
• Work with agency leaders, therapists, and others to ensure a working knowledge of the treatment plan of each client, maintaining confidentiality.
• Learn, implement, and utilize teaching models (P.A.C.E.) and the agency philosophy (KidsTLC Constitution) to integrate and create a positive learning environment.
• Respond to crisis and conflict in a timely manner with confidence, care and professionalism and report to leaders, as required.
• Maintain and follow documentation and recordkeeping of clients and ensure quality standards and HIPAA obligations are met.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• College credit hours in social work, psychology, or a related mental health field from an accredited college, preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Experience working with children in a residential, educational, or clinical environment preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish trust, confidence, and mutual respect.
• Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team.
