Facilitators are mental health technicians/RBTs who work directly with clients and implement clinical programming under the supervision of a certified mental health professional and BCBA.\nResponsibilities\nDuties for this position include, but are not limited to:\nCoordinate the effective daily care and activities of clients on the assigned Unit, including transportation, as directed.\nWork with agency leaders, therapists, and others to ensure a working knowledge of the treatment plan of each client, maintaining confidentiality.\nLearn, implement, and utilize teaching models (P.A.C.E.) and the agency philosophy (KidsTLC Constitution) to integrate and create a positive learning environment.\nRespond to crisis and conflict in a timely manner with confidence, care and professionalism and report to leaders, as required.\nMaintain and follow documentation and recordkeeping of clients and ensure quality standards and HIPAA obligations are met.\nBe part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, leadership is valued and diversity is respected. \nQualifications\nHigh School diploma or equivalent.\nCollege credit hours in social work, psychology, or a related mental health field from an accredited college, preferred. \nMust be 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.\nExperience working with children in a residential, educational, or clinical environment preferred.\nExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish trust, confidence, and mutual
