This role sits at the center of quote-to-cash execution, partnering closely with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal to ensure deals are accurately structured, approved, and closed.\nThis is a hands-on operational role for someone who enjoys being close to the deal flow, solving process issues in real time, and helping scale systems and workflows as the business grows.\nWhat You'll Do\nReview, validate, and process customer orders to ensure accuracy, compliance with pricing and contracting policies, and readiness for booking and billing\n\nSupport Sales reps with Salesforce (SFDC) opportunity management, quoting workflows, and deal hygiene\n\nManage and triage a Deal Operations ticketing queue, ensuring timely responses and clear communication with stakeholders\n\nAct as a frontline support resource for SFDC and CPQ-related questions from Sales\n\nAssist with CRM and CPQ enhancements, including:\ngathering and drafting business requirements\n\nsupporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and QA\n\nhelping roll out new workflows, fields, or guardrails\n\nContribute to sales and deal desk enablement, including documentation, process guides, and training support\n\nIdentify recurring issues or inefficiencies in quote-to-cash processes and surface recommendations for improvement\n\nWhat You Have\n2-4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Deal/Order Operations, Revenue Operations, or Order Management\n\nStrong attention to detail and comfort working with complex deal structures\n\nWorking knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) as a CRM, including opportunity and quoting workflows\n\nExposure to CPQ tools (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, Ironclad CLM, or similar), with a basic understanding of how pricing and approvals are operationalized\n\nExperience managing or working within a ticketing or queue-based support model (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, Salesforce cases, or similar)\n\nPrior involvement in CRM/CPQ projects or enhancements, such as documenting requirements, participating in testing, or supporting system rollouts\n\nAbility to communicate clearly with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations stakeholders\n\nComfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where processes are still being defined\n\nCompensation\n$108,300 - $162,500 USD\nDepending on your location, an Applicant Privacy Notice may apply to you.
