You bring a “no task too big, no task too small” mindset, sound judgment, and ease in a fast-paced environment. You'll partner closely with the VP and teams across Harvey, work autonomously to keep the business moving, and handle everything with discretion.\nWhat You'll Do\nKeep operations running on time while protecting team culture, connection, and morale\n\nAnchor the team and keep momentum going while your executive travels\n\nPlan complex multi-destination itineraries that minimize friction across time zones\n\nManage a complex calendar: team syncs, customer and prospect meetings, and company events\n\nConnect your executive with internal teams, partners, and customers, keeping communication timely\n\nOwn meeting prep: agendas, materials, action items, and follow-up\n\nTake on ad hoc projects, bringing structure and driving them to done\n\nSupport deck and presentation prep, from formatting to content coordination\n\nWhat You Have\nExperience supporting Director- or VP-level leaders in a high-growth environment\n\nStrong judgment and organization: you prioritize well, solve problems independently, and decide confidently on your executive’s behalf.\n\nA proactive, adaptable mindset: you anticipate needs and take initiative\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level messaging\n\nExecutive presence and credibility with senior leaders and external stakeholders\n\nA collaborative approach and a knack for building relationships across Harvey\n\nExceptional discretion and trustworthiness with confidential information, including executive travel, org changes, and financials\n\nThis is an in-office role based in New York or San Francisco, with an expectation of being onsite at least three days per week, and additional days as needed based on business priorities.\nCompensation\n$127,600 - $175,500 USD\nDepending on your location, an Applicant Privacy Notice may apply to you.
