Reporting to the Head of Executive Recruiting, you will partner closely with founders, executives, and VPs to attract and hire exceptional leadership talent from department heads to senior executives.\nThis role is highly visible and impactful, combining deep relationship building, rigorous research, and operational excellence. You will help deliver best in class executive hiring while contributing to the continued evolution of Harvey’s leadership recruiting strategy and processes.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn and drive end to end executive and senior leadership searches across the organization.\n\nPartner with founders, executives, and hiring leaders to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategy.\n\nBuild and maintain diverse, high quality leadership pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping.\n\nDeliver a thoughtful, white glove candidate experience for senior level candidates.\n\nCollaborate with the Head of Executive Recruiting and other recruiters to align on priorities, strategy, and execution.\n\nManage and partner with external search firms when appropriate.\n\nContribute to scalable processes, tools, and metrics for executive hiring.\n\nProvide market insights and talent intelligence to leadership to inform hiring decisions.\n\nWhat You Have\n6-10+ years of executive recruiting experience, ideally with a combination of search firm/agency and in house experience.\n\nProven success hiring senior leaders in high growth, global, or technology-driven companies.\n\nStrong research and sourcing capabilities, including the ability to identify and engage hard to reach executive talent.\n\nSolid understanding of executive compensation, assessment methodologies, and closing strategies.\n\nExceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience partnering closely with C-level leaders.\n\nHighly organized and data driven, with the ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously.\n\nComfort operating in fast paced, evolving environments and contributing to process improvement.\n\nCompensation Range\n$157,000 - $213,000 USD\nDepending on your location, an Applicant Privacy Notice may apply to you.
