Rather than building one-off product features, you’ll create shared foundations that power all of Harvey’s user-facing applications.\nThis is a high-impact role with broad scope across the engineering organization. You’ll work closely with product engineers, design, and infrastructure teams to define and drive the future of frontend development at Harvey.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and evolve shared frontend infrastructure, including our design system and developer tooling\n\nContribute to and evolve frontend architecture for scalability and performance\n\nImprove developer experience and engineering velocity\n\nImprove application performance and reliability\n\nPartner with product teams to drive adoption of platform systems\n\nIdentify and reduce friction across the development lifecycle\n\nWhat You Have\nStrong experience working on large-scale frontend systems or platform-level infrastructure\n\nAbility to think in systems and abstractions, not just features\n\nA track record of improving developer experience or engineering velocity\n\nExperience influencing technical decisions across teams or driving adoption of shared systems\n\nCompensation\n$193,400 - $290,000 USD\nDepending on your location, an Applicant Privacy Notice may apply to you.
