Program Manager | Remote \nYou will:\nOwn end-to-end delivery of cross-team technology programs, from plans and roadmaps to milestones and critical paths\n\nManage cross-team dependencies, risks and integration points, resolving priority conflicts before they become blockers\n\nRun governance: steering committees, decision reviews and readiness checks\n\nMaintain RAID and dependency logs, and lead status and rollout reviews\n\nDefine and track program KPIs against business outcomes, using data to inform decisions\n\nCover non-functional requirements (SLA/SLO, security, operability) and document key architecture and integration decisions\n\nCoordinate with vendors and third parties (SLA/OLA)\n\nWork with Engineering, Product, Design and Operations, keeping stakeholders informed on status, risks and decisions\n\nMake AI usage across the program systematic, applying it to reporting, readiness testing and metrics validation\n\nLead retrospectives and mentor Associate TPMs\n\nYou bring:\n3+ years in technology program/project management, including 2+ years delivering multi-team, end-to-end programs\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or a related field\n\nStrong knowledge of Agile, Kanban, Lean and Six Sigma\n\nProficiency in MS Office, Jira and Confluence, plus SQL basics and one programming language\n\nFluent English and Polish\n\nNice to have:\nVendor/third-party coordination experience\n\nPMP or ITIL\n\nTech
