You'll build the capacity models, dashboards, and analyses that show how many recruiters we need, where hiring is slowing down, and what to do about it. You'll work closely with recruiters, Finance, and People leadership, using Ashby as your main data source, at one of the fastest-scaling companies in AI.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and maintain recruiter capacity models that turn hiring plans into staffing recommendations.\n\nDesign dashboards and analyses on funnel health, time-to-fill, and recruiter throughput for leadership.\n\nOwn the quality of recruiting data across sources, so every report can be trusted.\n\nSurface trends, risks, and opportunities in the data, and recommend what to do about them.\n\nPartner with Finance and People so hiring plans, headcount, and forecasts line up.\n\nWhat You Have\n4+ years in recruiting operations, people analytics, or a similar analytical role.\n\nHands-on experience with ATS or HRIS tools, Excel, and BI tools\n\nExperience building forecasts or capacity models from imperfect data.\n\nAbility to turn an ambiguous business question into a structured analysis and explain it to technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nStrong cross-functional skills: you can influence stakeholders and get them to act on your findings.\n\nCompensation\n$131,300 - $196,900 USD\nDepending on your location, an Applicant Privacy Notice may apply to you.
