If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who share that drive, we'd love to build with you.\nAt Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today - and we’re just getting started.\nRole Overview\nWe're looking for a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead the Admin & Enterprise Platform\nAdmin is how firm leaders and innovation teams set up and run Harvey inside their organizations: workflow configuration, permissions and governance, and visibility into how the product is being used. These are the people who decide whether Harvey stays at an account, and Admin is where they see what they're getting from it.\nEnterprise Platform owns the context and knowledge layer every Harvey product builds from: document management integrations, Vault, connectors, and the research hub. A general model can reason about law, but it can't reach a firm's precedent or matter files that a lawyer would actually cite. It also can't be trusted with them by default, so this team owns how that context is secured and permissioned. What the rest of the product can do is empowered by what this context layer can reach, and design decides whether a lawyer can tell what Harvey found and what it missed.\nYou'll report to the VP Design as a foundational member of the Design leadership team, with portfolio-wide impact on how our product, team, and culture scale. You'll set the operating bar for how we work, and lay foundations for the product that hold for years.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn Admin and Enterprise as a product\nDrive strategy and execution for the Admin & Enterprise platforms in close partnership with Product and Engineering, rooted in how champions actually run Harvey inside their firms.\n\nWork directly with customers, research, and usage data to find where champions lose time or lose confidence, and design the workflow configuration, knowledge management, and visibility experiences that fix it.\n\nTie your roadmap to customer outcomes: faster rollout, wider adoption, and evidence of ROI our champions can take to their own leadership.\n\nBuild and lead the team\nBuild, grow, and develop a team of high-craft ICs across systems, product, and prototyping from a small starting footprint.\n\nOwn org design, resourcing, and prioritization across four surfaces with very different rhythms, including the conference deadlines that don't move.\n\nGive strategic, systems-level feedback on end-to-end flows, not just screens.\n\nLead across the org\nPartner with design, product, and engineering leaders to evolve how Harvey builds, and represent Platform in high-stakes conversations with executives and customers.\n\nEstablish how we make design decisions in high-trust, high-stakes environments where clarity and accuracy are non-negotiable.\n\nBe a foundational member of the Design leadership team and help set the operating model the rest of the org runs on.\n\nWhat You Have\n8-10+ years in Product Design, with 5+ years directly managing product designers.\n\nExperience designing and shipping AI-powered or highly technical products.\n\nA strong portfolio showing leadership of complex products from concept through launch, with clear impact on users and the business.\n\nIdeal experience in building B2B enterprise products.\n\nFluency with AI tooling in your own practice, and a real opinion about how it changes design work.\n\nProven experience leading design strategy and execution alongside Product and Engineering.\n\nDemonstrated ability to define and ship high-quality experiences in complex, ambiguous problem spaces.\n\nExcellent judgment about when to go deep, when to delegate, and when to push.\n\nExceptional communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders, internally and in front of customers.\n\nDeep commitment to growing people and raising the craft bar across a team.\n\nComfort operating in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities.\n\nEmpathy for users, teammates, and the realities of high-stakes professional work.\n\nA growth mindset, resilience, and a bias toward learning through doing.\n\nStrong people leadership instincts with a bias toward clarity, empathy, and accountability.\n\nCompensation\n$235,500 - $325,000 USD\nDepending on your location, an Applicant Privacy Notice may apply to you.
