viết tài liệu kỹ thuật cho module phụ trách.\nAI trong quy trình làm việc (bắt buộc)\nDùng AI coding agent (Claude Code / Cursor / Copilot) cho scaffolding, refactor, viết test, migration, đọc hiểu legacy code.\nViết prompt / context tốt: mô tả rõ bài toán, cung cấp đủ ngữ cảnh codebase, chia task cho agent ở mức phù hợp.\nReview kỹ output AI trước khi commit — không merge code mình không giải thích được từng dòng.\nDùng AI hỗ trợ phân tích log, root-cause bug production, sinh test case biên (đặc biệt table-driven test) từ tài liệu nghiệp vụ.\nDùng AI để tự động hóa việc lặp: sinh boilerplate handler / repository, mapping dữ liệu giữa các hệ thống, viết script đối soát.\nĐóng góp vào tài sản AI dùng chung của team: rule file, custom command, sub-agent, tài liệu ngữ cảnh dự án.\nNhận biết giới hạn của AI: biết khi nào không nên dùng (logic nghiệp vụ phức tạp, goroutine / lock, phần liên quan bảo mật – thanh toán).\n\n 3–5 năm phát triển web, trong đó tối thiểu 2 năm làm Golang ở môi trường production.\nGolang: thành thạo goroutine, channel, context, sync package, error handling idiomatic; hiểu cách tránh race condition và goroutine leak.\nWeb framework: [Gin / Echo / Fiber / chi] hoặc net/http thuần; thiết kế RESTful API.\nDatabase: [PostgreSQL / MySQL] — tối ưu query, index, transaction, isolation level;
