điều tra và khắc phục sự cố mạng.\nHệ thống ảo hoá Proxmox\nThiết kế kiến trúc mạng và máy chủ cho cụm Proxmox: số node, phân bổ tài nguyên, mạng cluster, lưu trữ (Ceph, local, NFS).\nCài đặt, nâng cấp, mở rộng cụm Proxmox; cấu hình HA, backup, template máy ảo.\nVận hành hằng ngày: tạo và điều chỉnh máy ảo, cân bằng tài nguyên, theo dõi dung lượng, xử lý sự cố node và lưu trữ.\nMáy chủ và datacenter\nCấu hình và quản trị máy chủ qua iLO (HPE) và iDRAC (Dell); cấu hình RAID, nâng cấp firmware.\nLắp đặt, nâng cấp, thay thế linh kiện máy chủ tại datacenter; đi dây mạng và nguồn cho máy chủ.\nChẩn đoán lỗi phần cứng, làm việc với hãng và nhà phân phối để bảo hành.\nQuản lý thông tin tài sản trong rack: vị trí, cổng đấu nối, serial, hạn bảo hành.\nDịch vụ hạ tầng nội bộ\nVận hành DNS nội bộ, NTP, API gateway Kong và proxy Squid: thay đổi cấu hình, nâng cấp, đảm bảo tính sẵn sàng cao.\nTheo dõi các hệ thống qua công cụ giám sát (Prometheus, Grafana) và xử lý cảnh báo.\nQuy trình và tài liệu\nThực hiện thay đổi theo quy trình: lên kế hoạch, review qua Git/merge request, triển khai, kiểm tra lại sau triển khai.\nViết và cập nhật tài liệu hiện trạng, quy trình vận hành, báo cáo sự cố.\n\n Làm ngoài giờ và trực hệ thống.\nCông việc có thể phát sinh ngoài giờ hành chính khi xử lý sự cố hoặc triển khai thay đổi cần khung giờ thấp điểm.\nỨng viên cần sẵn sàng trực hệ thống tại datacenter vào những ngày sự kiện bán hàng lớn của công ty, và tham gia lịch trực sự cố luân phiên.\nThời gian làm thêm được tính và chi trả theo quy định.\nBắt buộc:\nTốt nghiệp Cao đẳng, Đại học ngành Mạng máy tính, CNTT, Điện tử viễn thông hoặc tương đương.\nTừ 3 năm kinh nghiệm vận hành hệ thống mạng và máy chủ.\nNắm vững TCP/IP, VLAN, định tuyến, ACL, NAT, VPN; đã cấu hình thực tế switch, router, firewall (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet hoặc tương đương).\nĐã cài đặt và vận hành một nền tảng ảo hoá (Proxmox, VMware hoặc KVM).\nThao tác thành thạo với máy chủ vật lý: iLO, iDRAC, RAID, lắp đặt trong rack.\nSử dụng tốt Linux dòng lệnh.\nĐủ sức khoẻ làm việc tại datacenter, có thể làm ngoài giờ và trực sự kiện.\nƯu tiên:\nChứng chỉ CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA hoặc tương đương.\nKinh nghiệm Proxmox kèm Ceph, cụm nhiều node.\nKinh nghiệm BGP, anycast, kết nối nhiều datacenter.\nTừng vận hành DNS (PowerDNS, BIND), Kong, Squid, HAProxy hoặc Nginx.\nViết script Bash hoặc Python;
