This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.\nPosition Summary\nThe Associate Digital Producer is responsible for managing the end-to-end production of digital-first visual assets, including CGI renders, generative AI content, and derivative creative executions. This role oversees a small team of digital creatives to deliver high-quality, scalable content that supports global brand and eCommerce initiatives.\nReporting to the Creative Producer, the Associate Digital Producer partners closely with Creative, Photo/Video Production, and Marketing teams to ensure assets are delivered efficiently, on time, and aligned with brand standards. This role focuses on execution, workflow management, and team coordination, while supporting the evolution of digital production capabilities.\nResponsibilities\nOwn digital production projects end-to-end, serving as the day-to-day point of contact for Creative, Production, and key stakeholders\n\nPlan work from creative briefs, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables, and aligning priorities to business and eCommerce needs\n\nManage and prioritize day-to-day workflow for a project group of 4-6 digital creatives (CGI artists, designers, AI artists)\n\nOversee creation of digital-first assets (CGI renders, generative AI imagery, and derivative executions from photo/video)\n\nTrack progress, manage dependencies, and drive on-time delivery across concurrent projects\n\nCoordinate reviews and approvals, incorporating feedback efficiently while maintaining brand standards and quality\n\nEnsure proper organization, version control, and final delivery of assets; support continuous improvement of workflows and tools\n\nPartner with Photo/Video Production to ensure continuity across asset types; manage external vendors/freelancers as needed\n\nQualifications / Requirements\nBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Digital Media, Design, Animation, Communications, or related field.\n\n4-6 years of experience in digital production, content creation, or creative operations\n\nExperienced in managing digital asset workflows, including CGI, 3D rendering, or AI-assisted content creation\n\nExperienced in coordinating or leading small teams or project groups\n\nExperienced in working cross-functionally with creative and marketing teams\n\nFamiliarity with eCommerce and digital content requirements\n\nSkills\nUse strong project management and organization to handle multiple workstreams and shifting priorities\n\nWork across Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) to support production and reviews\n\nUnderstand CGI/rendering pipelines (e.g., Vizcom, Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya) to plan and troubleshoot work\n\nLeverage generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, Runway) responsibly to scale and iterate output\n\nApply working knowledge of asset management, file versioning, and Microsoft Office to support delivery\n\nMaintain high quality standards; adapt to evolving tools and workflows by documenting and sharing best practices\n\nEmployees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package, depending on role, location, and eligibility.
