This team builds custom frames and specialty print files that turn creative ideas into best-in-class collectible cards!\nWhat You'll Do:\nLeading a cohesive and high-functioning group of creative production artists by managing their workloads, developing their skills, keeping close tabs on resourcing, and encouraging a culture of inclusivity and excellence.\nDeveloping a culture of teamwork and integration between the creative team, game production, and game design.\nPartnering with cross-functional teams within the studio to turn product goals into clear vision, deliverables, and decisions.\nStrong operational instincts, including improving processes, creating documentation, coordinating reviews, and building repeatable workflows.\nWhat You'll Bring:\nExperience with licensed products, entertainment franchises, external creative collaborators, or brand extensions.\nFantastic communication skills and high comfort levels around giving and receiving feedback.\nHigh attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills.\nAdept in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with remote collaboration tools (MS Teams, Smartsheet, Miro, etc.).\nIn compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation range for this role.
