This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.\nThis role does require three days a week in our Renton, WA office. \nWhat You'll Do:\nCollaborate with both the D&D studio team and D&D Beyond digital team to ensure visual consistency and innovation across platforms\nBuild captivating graphic design elements, style guides, and layout formats that uphold D&D's iconic aesthetic while optimizing for digital experiences across both owned IP and 3P partnership projects\nPartner with D&D Beyond's Content Specialists and UI/UX team to inform design decisions and provide creative direction aligned with the D&D brand\nDevelop design style guides and systems that can flexibly adapt between print and digital formats\nBuild and maintain technical documentation for asset specifications, file organization, and workflow processes in collaboration with D&D production\nCollaborate with engineering teams to optimize asset delivery and implementation\nServe as a design resource for asset optimization and delivery questions\nWhat You'll Bring:\n5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with shown expertise in both print and digital design\nFamiliarity with Dungeons & Dragons and fantasy art direction\nStrong portfolio showcasing versatile design work across digital and print mediums\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant digital design tools\nSolid knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and user experience (UX) principles\nUnderstanding of technical requirements for digital asset optimization and delivery\nExperience crafting and maintaining technical documentation\nExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams\nStrong understanding of responsive design and digital asset optimization\nExperience working on 3p licensed products and navigating brand adherence for partner IP\nNice to Have:\nExperience in gaming, entertainment, or publishing industries\nPrevious work involving print-to-digital adaptation\nExperience with version control systems for design assets\nKnowledge of build pipelines and asset management systems\nUnderstanding of accessibility standards in digital design\nEmployment Details:\n Please note that this is a temporary assignment through an external staffing agency.
