In this role you’ll be the strategic owner of the business with your accounts, from annual negotiation to execution in store.\nYour Impact\nAccount Strategy & Negotiation\nOwn the annual Joint Business Plan with major retail groups, each with its own buying committee and calendar.\nDeliver your quarterly sales budget and manage trade investment efficiently.\nAnalyze account KPIs (sell-in/sell-out, inventory, margins) to find growth opportunities.\nSeasonal Execution & In-Store Excellence\nLead key seasons such as Children’s Day, Back to School, Buen Fin, Christmas and Three Kings Day with Marketing, Field and Operations.\nPropose differentiated initiatives that drive incremental sales.\nRun store checks so that what we plan happens on the sales floor.\nPeople Leadership\nTake part in hiring, and work with other teams to solve business challenges with a whole-company view.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.\n5+ years in Sales or Key Account Management in consumer goods or retail; toy industry experience is a plus.\nProven experience negotiating with buying committees at major Mexican retailers.\nExperience leading and developing teams.\nStrong analytical skills (P&L, sell-in/sell-out) and comfort using AI tools to work smarter.\nStrong interpersonal and influencing skills.\nAdvanced English.\nWhy Hasbro\nJoin one of the world’s leading play and entertainment companies, home to iconic brands loved across generations, and grow your career with a team that believes in the power of play.
