This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.\nWe’re seeking a highly organized and candidate-focused Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. You will help deliver a seamless hiring experience by coordinating interviews, onsite and travel logistics, maintaining accurate recruiting data, preparing reports, and keeping candidates and hiring teams informed throughout the process. \nThe ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment. \nThis temporary assignment is expected to last approximately six months with the opportunity to extend up to one year. \nLocation & Work Arrangement: This is a remote position open to candidates who reside and work in Washington State. \nWhat You'll Do \nCoordinate virtual and onsite interviews across multiple time zones, including calendars, meeting links, conference rooms, interview materials, and schedule changes. \nServe as a welcoming and responsive point of contact for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers. \nSupport onsite interview logistics, including candidate travel, itineraries, accommodations, and expense-reimbursement coordination. \nMaintain accurate candidate, interview, and job information in Greenhouse and ensure recruiting activities are documented consistently. \nPrepare and distribute the weekly interview-scheduling report, identify delays or scheduling risks, and follow up on outstanding actions. \nManage the employee referral-bonus report and tracker, partnering with recruiters and Talent Acquisition Operations to validate eligibility and prepare approved referrals for processing. \nSupport interview-plan readiness, debrief scheduling, candidate communications, and other recruiting-process activities. \nTrack recruiting activities, service levels, and process issues to help the team identify opportunities for continuous improvement. \nHandle candidate and employee information with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. \nWhat You'll Bring \n2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, human resources, operations, or administrative support. \nExperience coordinating complex schedules across multiple stakeholders and time zones. \nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy and follow-through. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a thoughtful and candidate-focused approach. \nProficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word, along with experience using applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse experience is preferred. \nComfort working with reports, spreadsheets, and detailed data. \nStrong judgment, problem-solving skills, and commitment to confidentiality. \nA collaborative, adaptable mindset and interest in improving how work gets done. \nEmployment Details: \nPlease note that this is a temporary assignment through an external staffing agency.
