As Global Franchise Coordinator, you will keep the Global Franchise Strategy & Management (GFSM) team running smoothly across all brands, from diary management to making our decks look beautiful. Reporting to the SVP and based in London, you will work with a team spread across London, LA and Boston, and gain a front-row seat to how global franchises come to life.\nA day in the life\nManage diaries proactively across time zones, prioritising time and coordinating with EAs so the team’s calendar reflects what matters most.\nOrganise cross-functional meetings and manage team shareouts, from scheduling to notes and follow-up.\nMake our decks look beautiful: build, format and polish franchise presentations to a high, on-brand standard.\nRaise purchase orders and track budgets, resolving queries and discrepancies accurately.\nBrief and partner with our creative team to deliver franchise assets on time and on brand, and keep assets organised and consistent with franchise guidelines.\nHandle travel and expenses for directors, including flights, hotels and itineraries.\nWhat you’ll bring\nEarly-career experience (1-2 years, an internship or a placement) in an admin, coordination or marketing role; experience in entertainment, media, consumer products or lifestyle brands is a plus. Degree or equivalent experience.\nFirst-class diary management and organisation, juggling priorities across time zones.\nExcellent communication; proactive, hands-on, calm under pressure and open to feedback.\nStrong presentation and IT skills: PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook essential; Adobe Photoshop a bonus.\nA team player with a real passion for entertainment, media, consumer products and lifestyle brands.\nEmployees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package, depending on role, location, and eligibility.
