Ensures procedure room is adequately prepared for the procedure. Monitors par level of all instruments and supplies. Participate in departmental staff meetings and performance improvement activities, and the training of new staff. Assist in all aspects of invasive and cardiac procedures.\nResponsibilities\nUnderstands the use of procedural equipment necessary.\nAssists in stocking supplies on a daily basis.\nAssists in retrieval and copying of images as requested.\nArchives EP studies routinely per vendor.\nUtilizes and documents in procedural documentation system.\nWorks as a team player assisting other staff and physicians.\nPerforms other duties as assigned or required.\nQualifications\nEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING\nPrevious experience or training in a Cardiovascular Lab; required.Cardiovascular technician training program with emphasis in invasive cardiology and hemodynamic monitoring preferred. BLS (AHA) certification required\nACLS (AHA) certification required.
