enterprise data platforms.\nDesign and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and processing large volumes of data.\nWork with different data integration, processing, storage, and cloud technologies based on project requirements.\nProvide technical leadership, conduct code/design reviews, and mentor data engineering team members.\nCollaborate with clients, stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective data solutions.\nDrive data quality, performance, reliability, scalability, and monitoring across data pipelines.\nOwn technical delivery, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines.\nContribute to architecture decisions, best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n7+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering, with experience in a lead/technical leadership capacity.\nStrong fundamentals in SQL, data modelling, ETL/ELT, data pipelines, and data warehousing.\nExperience with any major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nExperience with any enterprise data integration/ETL technology such as Informatica, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, SSIS, Talend, or similar.\nExperience with one or more data processing/platform technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, Synapse, Redshift, BigQuery, or equivalent.\nStrong understanding of data architecture, scalability, performance optimization, and data quality.\nExcellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.\nAbility to understand business requirements and translate them into robust technical data solutions.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Life Sciences domains.\nExperience working with large-scale enterprise data platforms.\nExposure to modern data architecture, cloud migration, data lakes/lakehouses, or real-time data
