This role exists to ensure our systems are secure, reliable, and operationally efficient, while enabling seamless access, automation, and compliance across the business.\nIn this role, you will:\nDesign and operate scalable infrastructure across cloud and internal systems to ensure reliability and performance\n\nOwn and evolve identity and access management (IAM), including SSO, MFA, RBAC, and lifecycle automation\n\nImprove operational efficiency through automation, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD enablement\n\nAdminister and optimize core SaaS platforms (Atlassian, Salesforce, NetSuite), ensuring strong integrations and access governance\n\nStrengthen security posture through vulnerability management, patching, and system hardening\n\nPartner cross-functionally with Security, HR, and Engineering to support onboarding, compliance, and system integrations\n\nWhat success looks like in 6-12 months:\nIAM is fully standardized and automated: SSO, MFA, and RBAC are consistently implemented with clear governance and minimal manual intervention\n\nSecurity risk is materially reduced: vulnerability backlog is controlled, patching is consistent, and audit readiness is improved\n\nSaaS and infrastructure systems operate smoothly: reduced friction, fewer incidents, and well-documented environments\n\nOperational efficiency increases: automation and CI/CD adoption reduce manual work and improve deployment reliability\n\nWhat you bring:\nCore capabilities:\nStrong systems and cloud engineering fundamentals across AWS, Azure, or GCP\n\nProven experience designing and managing IAM systems (SSO, MFA, RBAC, lifecycle management)\n\nProficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)\n\nSecurity-first mindset with experience in vulnerability management and system hardening\n\nOwnership mentality with the ability to independently drive systems and improvements\n\nFunctional expertise:\nInfrastructure and systems engineering across Linux-based environments\n\nCloud platforms and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)\n\nSaaS administration and integrations (Atlassian, Salesforce, NetSuite or similar)\n\nMonitoring, observability, and troubleshooting distributed systems\n\nNice to haves:\nExposure to web3 or blockchain ecosystems (nodes, RPC infrastructure, or dApps)\n\nExperience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)\n\nBackground contributing to open-source projects or building mature DevOps
