Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated QA Engineer with 3+ years of experience in Manual and
Automation Testing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in test planning,
automation frameworks, API testing, database validation, performance testing, and AI-assisted
testing tools. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and DevOps
teams to ensure high-quality product releases.
Key Responsibilities
● Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases.
● Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and sanity testing.
● Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, and
Playwright.
● Validate REST APIs using tools like Postman or similar.
● Perform database testing by validating data integrity and backend transactions.
● Execute performance and load testing to ensure system scalability.
● Utilize AI-powered testing tools to improve test coverage and productivity.
● Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
● Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues quickly.
● Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release validation.
● Continuously improve QA processes, automation coverage, and testing best practices.
Required Skills
● 3+ years of experience in Software Testing.
● Strong Manual Testing fundamentals.
● Hands-on experience in Automation Testing.
● Excellent knowledge of Java.
● Experience with Selenium WebDriver.
● Experience with Playwright or Any other tools
● API Testing using Postman or similar tools.
● Database Testing using SQL.
● Performance Testing using JMeter or equivalent tools.
● Experience using AI-assisted testing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Testim,
Applitools, or similar).
● Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
● Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
● Strong analytical and debugging skills.
● Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Good to Have
● Experience testing AI/ML-based applications.
● Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
● Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
● Experience with TestNG/JUnit.
● Familiarity with Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
