to stakeholders, directly impacting the speed and quality of feature deployments.\n\nRequired Skillset:\n\n- Demonstrated proficiency in building end-to-end automation frameworks using Selenium, TestNG, and Playwright to support modern web and mobile applications.\n\n- Strong programming expertise in Java and Python, with the ability to write clean, modular, and reusable code for complex testing scenarios.\n\n- Proven ability to perform deep-dive API and database testing, ensuring seamless integration and data consistency across distributed systems.\n\n- Familiarity with the integration of LLMs and Generative AI tools to enhance testing workflows and predictive quality analysis.\n\n- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical challenges to non-technical stakeholders and foster a culture of quality across engineering teams.\n\n- Ability to thrive in a remote-first or distributed work environment, demonstrating self-motivation and the capacity to manage deliverables independently across multiple locations.\n\n- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field, combined with 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in software testing and
