You will have the opportunity to work alongside our engineers and technicians and architects on a wide range of structural and civil engineering projects in sectors such as; maritime, heavy industrial, commercial, food processing and healthcare.\nYou will be part of an Engineering Team based in Thurso and embedded within the wider Maritime Arch Henderson Advisory Group across five UK offices. The team works closely with colleagues across Haskoning’s international network of over 6,000 professionals in more than 30 countries.\nYou will develop strong relationships with existing and future clients; part of this will include undertaking project tasks and delivering results.You will have the autonomy to work in your own style to achieve the below:\nCoordinate with our engineering design teams\nPrepare detailed technical drawings\nCoordinate quality and adhere to internal quality management systems\nDemonstrating behavior that ensures your health and safety and that of others. \nWhat you will bring:\nProficient in the use of AutoCAD and have a working knowledge of 3D software such as Revit Structure\nMinimum 3 years’ experience working within an Engineering Consultancy environment\nEducated to a minimum of HNC level in Civil/Structural Engineering\nExperience in detailing structural steelwork\nExperience in detailing reinforcement and producing bar bending schedules is highly desirable, but not essential\nAlready achieved or working towards IEng would be beneficial\nIf you do not meet every requirement listed, we still encourage you to apply.
